Delete Account

Pre-Requisites:

1. All items in your possession must be your items (not borrowed from a neighbor or community).

2. If any items in your possession belong to the community, please return all items before initiating this process.

3. You will not be able to re-create your account for 30 days. Make sure to backup any essential information before initiating the deletion process.

Step 1: Sign in to Your Account

1. Open UBIHOM app (Android/ iOS).

2. Sign in using your [username/email] and [password] or other authentication.

Step 2: Navigate to Profile

1. Once logged in, go to your Profile section. You can usually find this at the bottom above the logout button. Click on the Account Delete option.

2. Once confirm the delete operation, your account will be deleted.
